Right of Withdrawal:
Upon receiving your order, please promptly examine the goods. If any items are damaged in transit, incorrectly shipped, or defective due to faulty material or workmanship, you must notify us within 30 days of delivery by emailing us at [email protected].
Please note that if you fail to notify us within this period, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods.

Return & Exchange Conditions:
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving them, in the same condition as you received them (unworn or unused), with tags, and in their original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase. When returning or exchanging items, please use a shipping method that provides tracking information.

General Return Process:
Initiate a return by emailing us at [email protected], providing photos and/or videos of the items, and stating your order number.
Our customer service staff will review your return request within 3 business days. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address and instructions on how and where to send the package.
Please note that unauthorized returns will not be accepted. We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking information and requires a signature, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns/exchanges.

Return Charges:
If the return is due to our error (such as incorrect products or quality issues), we will provide a full refund.
If the return is due to the buyer’s preference (such as not liking or wanting the item) or ordering the wrong product/size, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
A 10% restocking fee will be charged for returns due to reasons such as not wanting/liking the item or ordering the wrong product/size.
Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges:

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Order Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your payment has been processed but the parcel has not been shipped, we can cancel your order and provide a full refund. However, once the parcel is shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.
For PayPal, please allow approximately 1-3 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original form of payment.
